seriously (unless it’s about a hat fitting just right).
How do I know what size hat to order?
Good news: most of our hats are one-size-fits-most with adjustable
straps or snap backs. So unless you’ve got a truly unique melon, you’re
probably golden. Most of our hats can fit a head up to size 7 and 7/8
of an inch.
Are your hats unisex?
100%. Happy Caps are for anyone with a head and a sense of style (or the desire to develop one). You do you.
What materials are used in Happy Caps products?
From cozy sherpa to vintage-washed cotton, we mix comfort with cool. You
might even catch yourself petting your own hat. No judgment.
Are your hats one size fits all?
More like “one size fits most.” We make sure our hats flex, snap, or strap to fit a wide range of noggins.
How should I care for my Happy Caps hat or apparel?
Treat your gear like your best friend—gentle hand wash, no harsh stuff, and lay it flat to dry. (Hats hate dryers, trust us.)
Do your sherpa and corduroy hats require special care?
Just a little TLC—brush gently to keep 'em fluffy or wipe down with a
damp cloth. They’re rugged enough for life, but they like spa days too.

How long does shipping take?
Typically 3–7 business days, but we ship faster than a kid chasing an
ice cream truck. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s out the door. If
you want faster shipping you can pay a little extra for priority
shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Costa Mesa, California.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do offer international shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order we will send you a tracking number. Its kinda like GPS for your merch.

What’s your return policy?
30 days. No drama, no guilt. Just make sure it’s unworn and in original condition—aka not covered in BBQ sauce.
Can I exchange my hat for a different size or color?
Totally. As long as it’s in stock and still in mint condition, we’re happy to swap it out. Fashion indecision? We get it.
How do I start a return or exchange?

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some yes, some no. If you love it, don’t sleep on it. But feel free to
sign up for restock email and text alerts—you never know when your fav
might reappear.
Where can I buy Happy Caps in person?
We’re mostly online, but sometimes pop up IRL. We recently opened up
some retail doors with DTLR, Zumiez, and Pacific Sunwear.
