Domestic Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after pickup. Delivery times aren't guaranteed once packages enter the carrier's network — we don't control transit speed after handoff.
Expedited Shipping
Need it fast? UPS Next Day Air is your best bet. Overnight and expedited options can't be guaranteed due to processing cutoffs and pickup schedules. Email us at hello@happycaps.co for help.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and FedEx. Happy Caps does not collect taxes or duties at checkout. Customs fees are determined by your local laws upon arrival — Happy Caps does not set, control, or receive any portion of those fees.

- Package Protection — Covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. File a claim and we'll replace your order or issue a refund.

Filing a Claim
Open the Returns & Claims Portal using your order number and shipping ZIP code.
- Stolen packages: File 2–15 days after delivery
- Lost packages: File 7 days after the last tracking update (20 days for international), within 30 days total
- Damaged items: Within 3 days of delivery — include photos of the packaging and product
Return Policy
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use that prevent resale will receive a reduced refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened gummies or other consumables
- Worn hats, apparel, or accessories
- Items marked Final Sale, Limited Edition, or Discontinued
- Free gift items
Return Process
Start your return at our Redo portal. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt. Items not in new condition may trigger a restocking fee or be returned to you at our discretion.
